FESTIVAL OF ARTISTIC AND CREATIVE EXPRESSION

Applications are now available. 

 The cost is only $75 for time slots from 1-6 PM

From 7-9 PM the hour time slots are still only $200.

Art Matters provides the venue, a 338 seat theatre, lights, a tech, promotion, tickets and media sponsorship-the performing company provides the talent and takes 80% of the ticket sales.

Mark your calendars for 2010 FACE! Art Matters Society will host a one-day festival of one-act plays, solos and monologues; June 12.  Performing artists, playwrights, directors, actors get in touch with us to have an application sent to you. Deadline for entry is April 1/2010. Matsqui Centennial Auditorium, 32315 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford.

Update:

Art Matter’s Society produced the Fraser Valley Fringe for 14 years-for the last two years the focus has been on a shared learning experience called FACE.  Due to rising venue costs and poorly attended shows, Art Matter’s Society will rethink the Festival itself.  Perhaps a one-day children’s festival (maybe in Chilliwack).  We would appreciate any input from talented, creative people out there. What yould you like to see, how can you contribute? An evening of original one-acts?
