The 2010 Vagina Monologues are coming. We will be donating money this year to several different non-profits. Art Matters Society will receive money for the Memory March, for The List and to support a play at FACE (subject matter ending violence against women); 10% goes to Women of the Congo, 10% to Women for Women International, 10% to Domestic Victim Response Team in New Westminster and Westminster House, a small donation to Helping Handbags in Victoria.
Shows: February 27 in Abbotsford and March 27th in Vancouver at the Wise Hall and March 28th in New Westminster at the Massey Theatre.

We raised over $55,000 for L.I.N.C., Missing Women’s Legacy, art healing workshops at Art Matters Art Centre, a gift for the Misison Indian Friendship Centre and the Women of Iraq and Juarez Mexico, Women in Conflict Zones, Women of the Congo and the Memory March in seven years.
in 2009 we raised $5,000 with our Mission and Vancouver shows.
In 2008 we raised over $10,000 from our Chilliwack, Abbotsford and Vancovuer shows.
In 2004, we raised $1600 for the Mission Indian Friendship Centre &
$1600 for the Ridge/Meadows Women’s Centre . . .
we also raised over $3,000 for the Women’s Resource Society of the Fraser Valley.
In 2003 we raised over $2,000 for the Abbotsford Transition House to buy beds and bedding.
In past years we were proud to present our dress rehearsals in two facilities for women; the Fraser Valley Institution, a Federal prison and at the Aloette Correctional Centre, a Provincial Institution for women. About 80 incarcerated women saw our show!
